Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We, Yara El Zahra Signature hope you are happy with our products. We know that sometimes you receive a product that maybe has some fault that we were not aware of.
We want you to know that we have a very open return policy for items you might want to return and have exchanged of faulty items. Kindly please take note that customer can return faulty items only within 3 days after receiving your parcel.
Kindly please note that original postage charges are non-refundable and we are not responsible for return postage. Please retain proof of posting from your courier and email us for reference. Without this we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
Conditions for Returns:
1. Item is not worn outside of the house
2. Item is in its original new condition
3. Item is not washed
4. Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
If we receive the item in a condition that does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the option not to refund the item.
