Delivery Info
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the online transaction date with completed payment received.
Your parcels will be sent out via PosLaju for which usually takes 2-5 business days. The tracking number will be furnished in your email. We will do our best to fulfill your order request as swiftly as possible.
Yara El Zahra Signature will not be responsible for the delivery times. The estimation delivery times are provided by PosLaju postal services. This excludes weekends and public holidays and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
In the event of an attempted delivery you are given 3 days to pick up the parcel from your local Pos Malaysia or PosLaju. If however you fail to collect the parcel within that time frame, it will be redelivered back to our mailing address. Note that you will then be liable for a repeat charge of the posting costs for the redelivery of the parcel.
However, no refunds will be given on the basis once an attempted delivery has been made and the parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will not take any responsibility or liability of that parcel
